From request to first delivery, with the documentation that goes with it.
If you ask for a raw material with a specific certification, for example halal or kosher for export, we first look for a source that can support the specification and that certification. Then come samples, the check of the EU classification and the documentation per batch. Only when that is complete does the first delivery go out. What that means for lead time depends on the substance and the market, so we only commit to a lead time once we have checked it for your request.
